		<description>there is one of the TED talks that deals with this too.  Talks about how the temp of the earth is NOT actually heating up it is a function of the way we measure it:
* Many measurement places are at airports which historically were just outside major cities.
* they are now surrounded by these cities
* the daytime temps have NOT gone up - it is the nighttime ones
* now airports are surrounded by cities it is a function of the thermal inertia of the surrounding environment.

interesting stuff .... and sorry I can&#039;t remember who it was.  May be able to each the TED site?</description>
