		<description>Hi - to clarify, the terms of service for the Google Apps Education Edition (at http://www.google.com/apps/intl/en/terms/education_terms.html) say that you own all the data.  Google makes no claims here.  This is incidentally also true for the other editions too!

Re: password sync: we have software that enables you to sync passwords (and account data) from your Active Directory, or directly from your SMS.  It also handles setup of your Google Apps environment for students.  Have a peek at www.manaiakalani.org and the Cloud Solution section!
